It is truly special seeing a mother come through adversity and watch her and her infant contented together, both regulated and the infant securely attached.

Where it all started

I have been working with mothers and parents for many years. I realised there was a huge need for support in the parenting journey, beginning with the longing, idealisation, hope and fantasy, all the way through to the realities of loss, fear, anxiety, trauma, disturbance and ambivalence. Providing support and being part of a parent’s journey is such an honour and is one of the most life-affirming parts of my work.
